Routes that do not allow unaccompanied minors will block the booking before checkout. When a booking qualifies, UM-only custom fields appear automatically at checkout: guardian name, emergency contact, child age, and any other details you require. Fields only show when the booking meets the criteria and never block checkout when hidden. For multi-passenger bookings, fields repeat for each child individually. SmartWaiver consent links are sent automatically with the booking confirmation. Drivers see a clear YES or NO unaccompanied minor indicator on the manifest before departure, based on passenger composition, not waiver status.
